Introduction to Somatic Processing

Join us in this pilot designed for veterans returning from deployment. This is a supportive, 9-week journey that offers practical somatic tools to help you navigate the transition home. Through the B.L.U.E. Method, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and begin to release the patterns of tension, stress, and disconnection that can follow deployment. This is more than a course—it’s a pilot. Your full participation, feedback, and lived experience will help shape this program for the broader veteran community.

Foundational Knowledge of Somatic Processing

Equip yourself with the tools to reduce stress, release trauma, and enhance mind-body connection.  This course offers a structured learning experience that supports foundational knowledge of somatic processing through access to a private learning portal with step-by-step content and weekly live experiential sessions (with recordings) that explore each phase of the B.L.U.E. Method in real-time.

Identify and Release Manifestations of Stress

Learn how to recognize and release physical manifestations of stress, overwhelm, and relate to your trauma patterns, if you have them; paving the way for emotional healing. Through guided somatic practices and the support of a like-minded community, you’ll deepen your awareness of how stress manifests in your body and learn to regulate your nervous system as you gently release stored tension.
