Introduction to Somatic Processing
Join us on a transformative journey to explore the depths of somatic processing. Discover how to bridge the gap between your mind and body, unraveling the threads of your experiences to achieve wholistic well-being. In this 9-week course, you’ll be guided through the B.L.U.E. Method—a somatic framework for reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and transforming long-held patterns of tension, overwhelm, and disconnection For this Holiday course, we will directly work with those individual nervous system patterns we carry that interact with our family, friends, societal norms to rediscover and reimagine the holiday season. The intention is to bring clarity on what we can release, transform, or embrace differently.
Foundational Knowledge of Somatic Processing
Equip yourself with the tools to reduce stress, release trauma, and enhance mind-body connection. This course offers a structured learning experience that supports foundational knowledge of somatic processing through access to a private learning portal with step-by-step content and weekly live experiential sessions (with recordings) that explore each phase of the B.L.U.E. Method in real-time.
Identify and Release Manifestations of Stress
Learn how to recognize and release physical manifestations of stress, overwhelm, and relate to your trauma patterns, if you have them; paving the way for emotional healing. Through guided somatic practices and the support of a like-minded community, you’ll deepen your awareness of how stress manifests in your body and learn to regulate your nervous system as you gently release stored tension.

By addressing deep-rooted emotional struggles such as anxiety, stress, trauma, and co-dependency, participants will learn to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate the tools necessary to live a life of authenticity, autonomy, and purpose.

Meet Your Instructors
Susan Blue and Dee Kinsey are the co-creators of the B.L.U.E. Method, a somatic processing framework rooted in nervous system regulation, personal healing, and embodied self-leadership. The method is grounded in Susan’s own experiential journey of healing and learning—developed through direct, embodied exploration rather than abstract theory. This hands-on, body-first approach offers a powerful alternative to traditional cognitive-based learning, making space for lasting transformation through felt experience. Together, Dee and Susan bring decades of practice in somatic healing, trauma-informed care, energy medicine, craniosacral therapy, and mindfulness. Their teaching is accessible and deeply experiential, supporting participants in reconnecting with their body’s natural intelligence and creating meaningful change from the inside out.
